We want you to love what you ordered — but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer store credit.
Custom and personalized items
Due to the handmade nature of custom orders, these are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged.
General returns
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or order issues. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request store credit within 7 days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to be eligible for store credit.
