Processing time
Processing times vary depending on the product.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — estimated processing times will be listed on each product page.
If you’re ordering multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing your order — we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.
Rush orders
Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
Shipping carriers
We currently ship through USPS, UPS, & FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method but usually fall between 3–7 business days. Please note: delivery delays once the order leaves our hands are outside of our control.
Lost or delayed packages
We are not responsible for delays or packages lost in transit. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. That said, we’re happy to help you start a claim if needed.
Wrong address disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping info is correct at checkout — we can’t reroute packages once they’re shipped. Orders placed with the wrong address will not be refunded.
Local pickup or delivery
If you're local to Mesa, AZ, we offer free pickup! Choose the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll email you with pickup instructions when your order is ready.
